Mingavia is a fictional state the size of Germany and a population of about 80 million people. Located somewhere in Europe or South America. The capital is the city of Kraynspol (kraynspol), located on the coast, with a population of about 20 million people. Residents belong to the Caucasoid race.
In addition to Kraynspol, there are two other major cities in the country - Migov and Bars, with a population of 10 and 5 million, respectively; the first is a business and industrial center, the second is a major winter resort in the mountainous region of the state.
In terms of development, Mingavia has bypassed major world powers, such as the United States, Russia, European countries and Japan.

The rapid leap in the industrial sphere and the field of high technologies allowed overtaking the majority of foreign competitors, and ensured a calm and prosperous existence of the state. Thanks to a leap in development, the country was able to seize the leadership in military power. On the basis of high technology in a fairly short period of time, weapons were developed that had no analogues in the rest of the world and made Mingavia immune from any outside aggression. If she wished, she could, on the contrary, capture the whole world by military means, not allowing a single enemy rocket to reach its territory, but she didn’t have that need. The high status of the country allowed to receive peacefully from other countries of the world just about anything, and excellent counterintelligence prevented the slightest leakage of information technologies abroad. And if anything was transmitted, only that which is morally obsolete within the country.

For the whole world, Mingavia became a kind of capital, where everyone wanted to come at least as a tourist. Its citizens themselves had a very high status abroad.
Almost in all countries of the world, Mingavia had branches of its enterprises and large land plots in its ownership. The enterprises worked mostly by local residents, earning significantly more than at the enterprises of their countries, but an order of magnitude less than the citizens of Mingavia at similar places in their own country. Thanks to this, the country has never experienced a shortage of any kind of food.
In general, the industry of Mingavia had a very high level of automation, which allowed residents to avoid hard physical labor. This increased the intellectual level of the population and made it possible to devote a large amount of time to active recreation, sports, and self-realization. Each resident aspired to reach a certain level in physical form; therefore, at international competitions, the country often received more prizes than all other countries combined.

The head of state was a president elected by popular vote. There was also Parliament, but there was no big burden on the authorities. After all, the system of laws was so perfect that practically nothing needed to be changed, only to competently control the adjusted mechanism, like a raft along the course of a wide river, periodically pushing the shoals from the shoals with the sixth.
Despite the fact that representatives of both sexes were in government bodies, matriarchy reigned in many ways, with its own characteristics.

So in the judicial system consisting of local, regional, supreme and constitutional courts, at the top of the hierarchy stood the so-called High Court, consisting of three High Judges. These were women. Each was in office for 15 years, and once every five years, the senior judge resigned, leading the position to another judge of her own conviction and teaching her everything necessary. The latter became the junior judge, the other two - respectively, the middle and senior.This peculiar hierarchy was only between the Highest Judges themselves in their mutual relations; in relation to all other persons, the decisions of any Higher Judge were final and uncontested. The highest judges had practically unlimited authority, while not abusing it and almost never intervened in politics, although the authorities allowed them to do so. The main function of the Supreme Judges is to make final decisions based on inner conviction and personal authority. So the country had the death penalty, but ordinary courts in such sentences wrote: "deserves the death penalty." After consideration in all appeals instances, the convicted persons were represented to the High Judge, who decided their fate definitively. Unlike ordinary courts, she did not need to rely on laws and codes in her decrees, she simply called the method and date of execution, or imposed a different punishment, or released her. Her decision was final, and in the case of non-execution of all the perpetrators, the law also waited for the death penalty, but there were no precedents in the entire history.

In addition, the Supreme Judge could decide the fate of absolutely any citizen, up to the President of the country, even if there were no criminal cases against him and he was not tried by an ordinary court. Only other High Judges were inviolable to her: both acting and retired. In the entire history of the country there were no cases of abuse of the Supreme Judges by this unlimited power, they were aware of the responsibility to themselves. Only once did one of the parliamentary factions propose the abolition of the High Court with its unlimited potential power. The next day, all members of this party were publicly hanged on the main square of Kraynspol by decision of one of the High Judges, this party ceased to exist, and no one ever again dared to attempt the power of the High Court.
Practically everyone who was executed by decision of the High Court without preliminary investigation and trial in a regular court are criminals who deftly bypassed the law and whose guilt was difficult to prove to law enforcement agencies.
It was not accepted to discuss the highest judges and their decisions nowhere and even to close relatives and friends face to face. They were considered to be sinless ideals for other people. This is the main manifestation of matriarchy.

In ordinary life, matriarchy was manifested in the fact that in the family the husband was considered the property of his wife. There were practically no divorces in the country (it was a criminal act for both of them), the marriage was concluded only with full confidence in love and mutual compatibility.

In the solemn ceremony of marriage, the bridegroom was obliged to publicly kneel before the bride, kiss her legs, then raise her head under a long dress and make a long kiss in a tender intimate place. Naturally, the surrounding people should not have seen the details of the latter, only the groom under the dress. At the same time, they applauded and shouted: "Bitter!". The highest chic was considered if the bride had an orgasm already with this kiss, which was clearly visible from the outside. This action was much more important than the wedding night.
In later life together, the wife could at any time be alone in hoping for the kisses of the man in her intimate place, and the latter’s refusal was considered a grave insult, for which a rather severe criminal liability was provided. Such cases were considered in closed courts and sometimes, in the presence of aggravating circumstances, ended with the most terrible sentence.

A more prominent manifestation of matriarchy in the country was ... slavery. Despite the highest level of development, this phenomenon took place in the country, and it was spelled out in the law. Slaveowners could only be women with a certain status.Slaves became mostly voluntary, they were both men and women, and the latter were several times smaller. Being a slave to a female slave owner was not considered shameful, on the contrary, the slaves of the ladies occupying the highest levels of society had a status much higher than other citizens and were proud of it.
