On the other hand, we want to give a chance to win as many good authors as possible, including beginners, who can be very difficult to compete in the competitive struggle with well-earned venerable old-timers and resist the wiles of detractors (and they, unfortunately, still sometimes meet on our website).

I myself, a year ago, began to lay out my stories on the site with fear and reliability, sincerely believing in a bright future.

I support))) I still remember how in the very first month of appearance on the ST I immediately got into the top three, with an honorable 2 nd place, although my story appeared right at the end of the month. It was incredibly pleasant to feel the victory, precisely because I was a newcomer. It was my victory at the opening that gave me to understand that I want to stay on the resource and make it the main platform of my work. Let others, if they are worthy, understand that there is a fair assessment system, and not a promotion policy.
