The competition is attended by stories written specifically for the competition, not previously published anywhere. Authorship of the work should belong to the participant. In case of violation of these rules, the work of the participant will be withdrawn from the competition.

All authors participating in the competition - without exception! - must within a day, from December 29 to 30, 2017, inform the organizer of the competition about their authorship in a personal. Otherwise, when summing up the winner’s name will not be announced, and the fee for the victory will be canceled.
For the competitive story we vote on a ten-point system. Every contributing author should use the whole range of ratings from 1 to 10. At the end of the voting, the average score for each participant will be calculated. The votes of those whose average score will be below the top five will be annulled.
The story, the author of which is not participating in the voting, is removed from the competition.
We give marks to all stories, except our own.
To vote, each participant of the tournament sends in a personal form to the organizer. The story of the author-participant who forgot or did not want to vote - will be excluded from the final table.
Each participant must leave feedback to all stories. Minimum requirements for reviews: any feedback from three common offers is taken into account. In the absence of reviews of the stories from the participants (including his story), the participant will be removed from the competition.
If the author of the story is intentionally or accidentally deanonymized during the competition (the authorship of the story is revealed), the story is removed from the competition.
ATTENTION: The story can be removed from the tournament only by decision of the organizer. The author, who arbitrarily stopped participating in the tournament before it ends, loses the opportunity to participate in future tournaments until the end of next year.
Only authors of competitive stories take part in the voting.
